PC/CP300: Electronics Laboratory II

Output Transducers

Objective

There are many different output transducers (analog). As we acquire various pieces of equipment to increase our collection, the list of possible devices increases. Each year we pick one or two devices to highlight. The investigations you would follow for our other devices are included in this lab for possible future use in your project.

This year we will be highlighting the relay and the DC motor; so the objectives for this lab are

Before trying to measure current to any device, be sure to review how to measure current so you don't blow up a meter!

Equipment

For this lab, you will be investigating the relay and the DC motor.
