Introduction

Slackware Linux is one of the oldest distributions. This page has some useful links for users of Slackware.
The order here is more or less the order I use in looking for packages for slackware.

Slackware Package Browser Here's where to look for individual packages from the main distribution.
Italian Slackware Community They include some packages that aren't in the base distribution. (And you can view the site in English.)
SlackBuilds.org Scripts and instructions for building slackware packages for certain other pieces of software. It's better than installing from source since you can still use the normal slackware package tools with these.
