Procedure

Great care should be taken to avoid static discharge into the chips used in this lab and should always be taken when using CMOS based chips.

1. Experimentally determine the relationship between V_{ce (on)} and I_b(on). NOTE: You want to make V_ce(on) as SMALL as possible! Vary I_b(on) to minimize V_ce(on). Graph the results. Explain your results.
   
   Demonstrate the relationship between V_ce(on) and I_b(on).
