Development Environment - MPLAB ICD 3 (In-Circuit Debugger)

The MPLAB ICD 3 (hardware device) connects the MPLAB IDE and the target board under development. The MPLAB ICD3 is used to download programs to the target board and to allow the IDE to view the operation of the software on the target board.
